Virginia 4-H All Star Tapping of Dan R. Hood III
4-H All Stars is an honor/service organization. Membership in 4-H All Stars is the highest recognition that a Virginia 4-H'er can achieve. Virginia 4-H All Stars is service oriented, and volunteer operated.
The All Star's goal is to contribute to positive youth development through "service" to the 4-H program of which they are a part. The 4-H program becomes the springboard from which an All Star jumps to other areas of service to people throughout his/her lifetime. The 4-H All Star organization strives for a cooperative effort with the 4-H program in all areas.

4-H Adopt A Spot work
To all 4-H members!!! Tuesday morning, at around 8:30am, the county is bringing mulch to our Adopt-a-Spot location. They will bring a front end loader to unload and hold the mulch over the plot so all we have to do is shovel/rake it into the places we need it to end up. Mr. L. Will be at Virginia Tech, Karen's unavailable, my kids will be at camp, so we need a few volunteers to help us out. It shouldn't take more than about 30 minutes (an hour at the very most) and the more people we can get to come out the less time it will take. PLEASE let me know if you can help us out.

Local Emergency Planning Commission (LEPC) Luncheon, Wednesday, July 19, 2017
Hello Everyone,
The LEPC is the group of people who are responsible for responding to emergency/disaster situations within our community.
4-H Teens In Action! has hosted the event for years, is able to make a good name for themselves within Pulaski County with our community leaders, and raise some funds in the process.
The event will be held at Randolph Park Gazebo beginning at 11am for setup, 12pm for lunch and 1pm for cleanup.
Everyone is asked to contribute to the meal by providing an item(s) on the list. Check out the list, sign up for an item and we look to see everyone there.
