Come on out to Rural King, today from 10am - 2pm, for their Mother's Day Youth Plant a Flower for Mom. Pulaski County 4-H is here lending a hand.

99th 4-H State Congress, June 24-27, 2019

Hey Everybody,

For those that might be interested the 99^th 4-H State Congress is scheduled for June 24-27, 2019, held on the campus of Virginia Tech. 

This is the premier, statewide annual 4-H teen event (14-18 years old) for outstanding 4-H teens and adult volunteer leaders and everyone has such a great time. 

Cost is $220 and just like 4-H Camp everything is included especially all meals in Virginia Tech’s world famous Dietrich Dining Hall.  Long story short, the food is delicious and the variety abounds. Time spent with friends is priceless.  And all the learning experiences are life-long.

Mother's Day Plant Workshop for Youth at Rural King, Saturday, May 11

Come out to Rural King on Saturday, May 11, 10am-2pm for their Mother’s Day Plant Workshop for Youth.   

Members of Pulaski County 4-H will be on hand to help youngsters paint a flower pot and plant a flower for their mom.   

This is just another super fantastic way Rural King is investing in our community, making a positive impact, and giving 4-H an incredible opportunity to “Make the Best Better.”

Pulaski 4-H Garden Club Greenhouse Blooming and getting ready for their plant sale Thursday, May 9, 330-430pm, in the cafeteria. Plants are $2 per pack. Come out to support these great gardening girls.
