New River Valley Fair Stockman’s Contest, Friday, July 26

A good crowd of youth were present for the New River Valley Fair Stockman’s Contest, Friday, July 26.  Nineteen Senior 4-H’ers and 34 Junior 4-H’ers took part in the event.  Youth were tested on their Agriculture knowledge with a Quiz, Meat Judging, Hay Judging, Heifer Judging, Breed Identification, Meat Identification, Feed Identification (including Category for Seniors) and Equipment Identification (including Category for Seniors).
