Virginia Cooperative Extension – Pulaski Office is the outreach and education arm of Virginia’s land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University. Our people are our strength and we care about the Pulaski community we serve. Our impact rests on our search for knowledge, and the lengths we’ll go to share it. The Pulaski Extension staff is constantly moving within the Pulaski community to train and bring the latest knowledge to local people and businesses. And you’ll find our volunteers putting in the hours to master their passions and serve our communities. Help Pulaski VCE and 4-H Grow a Legacy of Leaders...

Help us grow Virginia’s next generation of leaders. Virginia Cooperative Extension’s positive youth development program, Virginia 4-H, prepares youth with life skills to become leaders in their communities and empower them to solve local complex challenges. As mentors, Extension staff and volunteers help youth find their voice, their strengths, and the pursuits that fulfill them. Donate between February 24, 12pm, to February 25, 12pm, and help give youth across Pulaski the chance to do with purpose through hands-on learning. Your support will help youth learn by doing, grow from their hands-on experiences and develop the skills they need to handle what life throws their way. We need your help to give even more youth the support and encouragement they need to thrive. Let’s watch Pulaski youth make our community and world a better place for us all.

Build an Origami Cube

 

Pulaski County 4-H recommends building an Origami Cube. This cool craft will open your creativity as you work to create a cube with six pieces of paper. Origami paper comes in sizes 3 inch x 3 inch, 6 inch x 6 inch or 10 inch x 10 inch. So decide what size you'll use, cut your paper to size and let the build begin.
