For generations, Pulaski County 4 H has provided youth with opportunities to learn, grow, and build lifelong skills. And one of the most impactful experiences we offer is our annual Pulaski County 4 H Camp.
This year’s camp will be held June 8–12, 2026, at the W. E. Skelton 4H Educational Conference Center at SML in Wirtz, Virginia, and with our friends from Patrick County 4-H.
4-H Camp is a life changing week for our youth. They participate in hands on classes such as animal science, technology, cooking, small animals, arts and crafts, climbing, archery, riflery, bottle rockets, and more. Along the way, they learn communication, citizenship, teamwork, leadership, and other essential life skills. The experience is rounded out with favorite recreational activities like swimming, sports, and evening campfires. For many young people, 4 H Camp is where confidence grows, friendships begin, and memories stay with them for years.
The 2026 Pulaski County 4-H Camp Registration will open on Monday, April 13, 9am, to the first 100 girls and 60 boys (ages 9-13), and closes Friday, April 24, or whichever comes first.
Limited financial assistance is available. We do everything we can to make it affordable for everyone that wants to attend and space available.
