How to Make a "Calm Down Bottle"

Pulaski County 4-H recommends making a Calm Down Bottle today. Calm Down Bottles are a great way to relax and free your mind. Find yourself a comfy spot, sunny if you can, shake up your bottle, watch the glitter move slowly and glisten, and just relax your body. Think happy thoughts. :)

Pulaski County 4-H Cloverbud Club ~ History of the Jack-O-Lantern Funsheets

Every October, carved pumpkins peer out from porches and doorsteps in the United States and other parts of the world.  Gourd-like orange fruits designed with carved-out faces and lit up by candles are a sure sign of the Halloween season.

Follow the hyperlink for History of the Jack-O-Lantern Funsheets for 4-H Cloverbud Club provided by some of our Pulaski County 4-H Teen Leaders.

What are Cloverbuds?

4-H Cloverbuds are youth, ages 5-8, Kindergarten through 3rd Grade, who explore areas of healthy living, earth environment, citizenship, plants and animals, consumer skills, science and technology, personality development, and expressive arts. The 4-H Cloverbud program allows for and encourages creativity and play. The 4-H Cloverbud program provides an excellent opportunity for your child to reach his or her highest potential because early life experiences, even subtle ones, affect future development.
